Queenly Crafting

Inspired by my cousin's Scrub Oak blog, and all the beautiful things she creates, I'm going to try to take pictures of my projects. So here are the shower invitations I made. Every frickin polka dot was done by hand. I even got a blister!

Here's the poem that appears inside:

Laura will be an August bride
Her family has announced with pride.
Let’s honor her with a special brunch
We’ll have lattes and crepes and
champagne punch.
To celebrate her marriage to Daniel J. Hubbard
And shower her with gifts for their
newlywed cupboard.

It’s all set for Saturday
the Twenty-first of June
The time to be there is right at noon.
Vista Lakes Clubhouse is where you’ll arrive
West off of Shelby, just south of Twenty-five.
